Position Overview:

The Sales Account Manager shall be tasked with meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals, as well as acquiring new customers through means of telephone calls, E-Mail, and by attending trade shows and meetings. This position involves providing the customer with excellent customer service, providing thorough information on products, and assessing the customer’s needs and matching them with relevant products and services. This position will also involve traveling to meet with customers in different regions throughout the United States.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals

• Acquire new customers through means of telephone calls, E-Mail, and trade shows

• Travel to assigned regions to meet with customers

• Provide excellent customer service

• Take appointments

• Resolve discrepancies and settle complaints

• Work with the Sales Director to plan the yearly sales plan

• Provide updates on customer feedback and work to improve relations with customers

• Work in partnership with Inside Sales and other departments to ensure customer orders and shipments meet deadlines

• Plan out and create presentations through Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Participate in brand promotions

• Other tasks as required shall be assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience in account management and sales

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

• “Customer service” minded professional

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organization, and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, as well as multitask

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency or prior experience utilizing SAP Business One

• Proficiency or prior experience utilizing SAP Business One

• General knowledge of marketing functions

E-Commerce Coordinator

Position Overview:

The E-Commerce Coordinator shall support the development and processing of daily web orders, as well as create weekly inventory reports. This position involves order management by utilizing various E-Commerce platforms to sell and market Aramco products. Additionally, the E-Commerce Coordinator maintains that there are enough inventories reserved for online orders, as well as monitor online products.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Submit new products to E-Commerce partners for approval

• Utilize various E-Commerce platforms including DSCO, Amazon Vendor Central, CommerceHub, etc…

• Compare and analyze prices with similar competing products on various E-Commerce channels

• Create monthly sales reports and monitor Aramco products online

• Consistently search for new products for product development

• Develop and optimize product descriptions

• Monitor and respond to customer feedback on products

• Target and sponsor similar items for customers to view

• Potentially negotiate with E-Commerce partners

• Coordinate with E-Commerce Partners’ marketing departments to promote Aramco products

• Receive and process online orders

• Process daily inventory reports per online order

• Follow up with the warehouse regarding online orders and ensure they have been shipped

• Upload tracking numbers on daily orders for every E-Commerce website

• Invoice all E-Commerce orders

• Process returns and resolve any issues pertaining to E-Commerce

• Regularly research new E-Commerce partners to initiate new relationships

• Other tasks as required shall be assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Two or more years of previous E-Commerce experience, with Amazon preferred

• Two or more years of Marketing experience

• Demonstrate a good understanding of Microsoft Office and Outlook

• Must be familiar with marketing functions including promotions, pricing, retail ordering and program tracking

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Customer service minded professional

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing

• Prior experience utilizing Amazon as an E-Commerce partner

• General knowledge of kitchenware and cookware merchandising

• Prior experience or knowledge utilizing EDI
